Each action draws from one shared annual balance: Screening = 1, ID Verification = 2, LiveVerify = 5 credits when the session completes.
How do I get the Starter plan?
Register on the Matchstra app. After email OTP verification, the free Starter plan (5 credits) is activated automatically.
What if I run out of credits?
Screening, ID Verification, and LiveVerify will show an insufficient credits message with the required and remaining amounts. Upgrade or purchase another plan from Licenses.
When is LiveVerify charged?
Creating a LiveVerify session requires at least 5 remaining credits. Credits are consumed when the customer completes document capture and the verification pipeline runs.
